- Installing the Updated Files
- ----------------------------
-
- The WW1116 disk included with this Application Note contains
- OLE202.EXE, a compressed file that includes a setup program that
- installs the OLE 2.02 library files in your Windows SYSTEM
- subdirectory. Use the following steps to install OLE 2.02:
-
- 1. Run Windows File Manager.
-
- 2. Select a drive on which you can temporarily store the OLE 2.02
- library files. This drive must have at least 2 megabytes of
- available disk space.
-
- 3. From the File menu, choose Create Directory. Type a name for the
- temporary directory you are creating. For example, type "tempdisk,"
- (without the quotation marks).
-
- 4. Insert the WW1116 disk included with this Application Note in the
- appropriate floppy disk drive, and copy OLE202.EXE from the WW1116
- disk to the newly created directory.
-
- 5. Select the newly created directory and double-click OLE202.EXE.
-
- NOTE: For information about how to perform these steps, refer to
- Windows Help or your printed Windows documentation.
-
- At this point, OLE202.EXE expands the following files:
-
- Filename in DISK Size Filename in Size
